Put every quote into the same categories: clinician, facility, anesthesia, devices, tests, prescriptions, nights, follow-up, and revision policy.
Include flights, lodging, companion costs, local transport, extra recovery days, and a contingency reserve.
Ask what happens if you have a question or complication after you return home.
